So, some news … I have another cookbook arriving in kitchens on October 13, 2026!

Disney Princess Cookie Party was one of the most fun and challenging cookbooks I’ve worked on. It’s filled with recipes for baking that are perfect for using together with the little ones in your life, or as a Disney adult.
My publisher, Insight Editions, brought this concept to me in Spring 2025 and I didn’t think I was the right cookbook author for the assignment. But my editor convinced me otherwise, and I am so glad she did! It was so much fun to reenter the world of Disney Princesses with this fun baking book.
It was also so much fun to experience the recipe testing process with dozens of tasters in my Maine city. I was so lucky to have so much help and support from friends, neighbors and colleagues willing to eat all the cookies that went into developing these recipes.
So much testing went into all of these recipes. I wanted to be sure that every single one would be doable for the home cook with clear instructions.
It was also very important to me that the ingredients are accessible (well, except on in one cookie, but if you can’t find something drop me a line) wherever you live. Since moving to Maine in 2014, I have become hyperaware of what ingredients are easily accessible and what aren’t.
I want the average cook anywhere in the United States to be able to pick this cookbook up and bake delicious cookies. That’s my goal as an author and a recipe developer. I hope that’s what all my readers find too.
